With normal care, 30+ wears. Rinse with mild soap and lukewarm water after each use, let them air dry face-up, and store them on the plastic liner they arrive with. The grip comes back every time.
Yes. The adhesive is sweat- and water-resistant, so heat, humidity and a full night out will not lift the edges. They are not designed for swimming laps or long submersion.
They are made from non-toxic, medical-grade silicone with a skin-safe adhesive, free from latex. If your skin reacts easily, patch test on your forearm for an hour first.
Small covers A to C cups. Large covers D to DD and comes with an extra-long lifting tab for more hold. If you are between sizes or want maximum lift, size up.
Peel slowly from the outer edge towards the centre. Warm water or a little shower steam softens the adhesive if you want it completely painless.
